"Yakiress" is a "non-heat-treated steel material" for screws that achieves high tensile strength and hardness without heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering. Even for long products, the absence of heat treatment reduces warping and bending, and by omitting spheroidizing annealing before cold forging and reducing the number of wire drawing processes, it contributes to cost reduction and shorter lead times through process simplification.
